Nothing's worked, and I'm a couple months outside Dell's warranty period. I've cleared the CMOS, unplugged and reconnected the battery, drives, and RAM, and I've even freshly installed Windows. Thankfully though, it only had a few games installed. First, it wasn't in file explorer I checked disk management and the BIOS to make sure, and it's gone from both. My second issue is that I think starting today, my secondary 2.5" SATA drive has disappeared according to the system. Everything else once I'm in seems to be fine: web browsing, downloads, office work, etc. The keyboard and power indicator will light up, and after a Dell logo overstays its welcome, the screen's black until the laptop fully on or off. I haven't timed it myself, but each process seems to take 20 minutes at the least. The first (and main) issue was that boot, shut down, sleep, and wake times are extremely long. Aside from a RAM upgrade to 16GB and adding a 2.5" SSD, I've done nothing to it, and these issues have seemingly popped up out of nowhere. I've had a Dell G7 7588 for a little over a year now, and up until a week ago it's been serving me just fine.
